Paola Orellana immigrated to California from Guatemala with her family when she was a child. She was raised in Los Angeles and is a naturalized U.S citizen. She speaks fluent Spanish and English. She started with this office in 2007 and is now the senior staff member and primary client contact for both English and Spanish-speaking workers’ compensation clients. She is familiar with the entire process of workers’ compensation claims handling and can answer most of our client’s routine questions.
Claudia Orellana is Paola’s sister and has been with us since 2009. She also was raised in Los Angeles and is a U.S. Citizen who speaks fluent Spanish and English. Claudia keeps us all organized, keeping track of calendar events, contacting medical offices and reminding clients of important appointments. She staffs the Los Angeles office. Like her sister she continues to further her education while helping to keep the office running smoothly.
